1. Our pickles can be stored in a cool dry place for at least 3 months. Please ensure only a dry spoon is used while serving the pickles.
2. Our chutneys, thokkus, jams and relishes have a shelf life of 15 days at room temperature and if stored in a refrigerator it can last upto 60 days. Our recommendation is to refrigerate the product on receipt and always use a dry spoon while serving the items
3. Our Masalas and Podis have a shelf life of at least 3 months when stored in a cool dry place, Please ensure only a dry spoon is used while serving the pickles

We use cold pressed oils such Sesame/ Til Oil, Ground Nut Oil.

All our raw materials are sourced from reputed/certified whole sellers. Some of the proprietary spice powders are made in our kitchen by sun drying the spices and then grinding them into a powder in order to give the product a lasting fresh taste and flavour.

Orders are generally shipped out within 2 working days of receipt of the order

We assure you that our products are free from preservatives, harmful chemicals, taste enhancers, and artificial colouring additives. We do not guarantee that the products we make will address the specific allergen needs of the customer.

The pickles, chutneys, ready-to-eat mixes, and masala powders are packed in a glass jar with lug caps (glass lug jars). These are then wrapped in air tubes to prevent breakage during transit. Our snacks are packed in brown laminated zip lock pouches which are hermetically sealed to preserve their freshness.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed by sending us a mail to [email protected] with the order details or by sending a message on our WhatsApp number 9916631342. We will refund the order value within 5 to 7 working days. However, once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Part cancellation of an order will follow the same process as a full cancellation. However, if the products have a conditional discount or promotion, then additional charges (eg freight charges) may become applicable. We will respond to the customer’s message with the details.

In such an unfortunate event, please send us pictures of the damaged product by mail to [email protected] or on our WhatsApp number 9916631342 and we will refund the value of the damaged product. Refunds will take 5 to 7 working days
