Where are these products made? ​

Vatsala’s Kitchen is a FSSAI certified kitchen in Bangalore where all these products are made. The recipes we use have been tried and tested and honed to perfection over three generations of home makers.

Where are other raw materials sourced from? ​

All our raw materials are sourced from reputed/certified whole sellers. Some of the proprietary spice powders are made in our kitchen by sun drying the spices and then grinding them into a powder in order to give the product a lasting fresh taste and flavour.

How much time does it take to despatch our orders. ​

We make our products fresh in batches against orders. Therefore it takes between two to three working days for the batches to be ready for despatch.

How much time does it take for the product to be delivered?

All orders are prepared fresh and despatched usually within 48 to 72 hours of receiving. Local deliveries within Bangalore will generally take two working days from the date of despatch. Outstation deliveries within India will take about three to four working days from date of despatch. Despatches to destinations outside India can take between 7 to 10 working days from date of despatch.
